Ryan is always great to work with. His skill and professionalism are top notch. He is always quick to respond and knows his stuff. Each time I hired him he has gone above and beyond to take care of the scenario.

EMR Plumbing is a great company! Ryan is knowledgeable and personable and does a great job. We will be using him for more projects in the coming months! Highly recommend!

Ryan and Briggs are excellent plumbers - responsive, highly skilled, answered all questions, and reasonably priced. They did two outdoor faucets which were inoperable in my newly purchased older home. Also fixed a bathroom drain which was clogging due to poor design. They cleaned up after doing their work. Plus they are personable guys! I will have them back anytime I have a problem in the future. I would highly recommend them.

We have had excellent experiences with Ryan of EMR P&H from day 1 through our addition we had constructed on our property! Courteous, punctual, respectful, friendly and well versed in the plumbing & heating field! Comes when says and calls if he has an issue that requires his immediate attention that alters his plans for the day. I would highly recommend EMR P & H ! They always have you squared away as a priority when they sign on to a job!

Ryan of EMR Plumbing and Heating is a knowledgeable and dependable professional. I had another company that had completely batched on a new furnace installation 3 years ago causing massive failures and damage to the brand new furnace needing regular repairs through each year. When it finally completely failed I needed a new professional I could trust. Ryan came in and spent hours going through everything in the furnace to try and fix some pretty severe issues caused by the prior servicer’s careless and incorrect installation. He really could have charged us more than the furnace was worth for the amount of time and parts this thing needed. However he had empathy for our situation and was very fair, and honest with what he could due and what he charged. And though I know due to the prior damage I will probably need additional repairs down the road, My furnace is working today because of Ryan and EMR Plumbing.

Ryan showed up right on time. Got the work done exactly as discussed and completed quickly. By far the best plumber I have hired.

I had EMR do a full bathroom remodel and upgrade my boiler to accommodate the new hot tub. Super fast professional service and install. 10☆ highly recommended!

Ryan is responsive, respectful, and reasonable. He does good work and he tries to the keep cost low. And he doesn't mind dogs!

Clean timely and professional 10/10 would recommend 👌 👍

I can’t say enough good things about Brandon. Over the past few months, I’ve had them out to my house a few times to fix various plumbing issues—everything from my leaky kitchen faucet replacing to a pretty serious drainage problem in the basement. Every single time, they’ve been prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. One story that stands out: last winter, we had a pipe burst right before a big storm was set to hit. I called them in a panic, expecting to wait hours, if not days, given the weather. But Brandon was at my door within the hour in Lowell. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but Brandon also took the time to show me what to watch for in the future and gave me some tips on insulating pipes to prevent a repeat. I never felt like just another customer, they genuinely care and go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only great at what they do but also makes you feel like youre completely taken care of.

My water heater died. 5 people in the house. Came out and did the job. Was thorough, and explained what was happening as he went. Very professional. Will definitely be using again.

I am beyond pleased with the service and professionalism I received from EMR Plumbing and Heating. They were able to come out with short notice and were able to resolve the issue quickly for me. They even took the time to give me some education on what to do in the future if the plumbing situation I had resurfaces. I would recommend EMR if you have plumbing needs, for sure.

First time we used Ryan's services and we will definitely use him again. Came well prepared and resolved our problem very quickly.

Extremely competitive prices and impeccable service, very very happy will use for all my plumbing needs,Thanks again

I first met Ryan while he was still working in commercial plumbing. As someone with 2 generations of plumbers coming before me, I immediately saw how fast and accurate he was at his job. His quality and knowledge reminded me of my recently departed Grandfather and my uncle who is a life long plumber. After Ryan created EMR Plumbing, Bearded Viking Builders pulled them in to quote every job that required a plumber. Ryan never once lied to a client and always entered every job clean and professional. EMR Plumbing left jobs done on time and above expectations. Bearded Viking Builders will immediately seek to retain EMR Plumbing when we return to New Hampshire in the summer of 2024; as should anyone else looking for straight forward and honest plumbing quotes!

I hired EMR to install a new water heater in my home recently and had a wonderful experience. Very professional and helpful in explaining exactly what was needed and why, very seamless process. I highly recommend using their services! Thanks EMR!

Really appreciate the work EMR has done on my properties, From emergency work and responding quickly, to grinding thru the problems old houses likes to throw at me. EMR has handled it in stride. Honest, straight-forward and to me the most impactful is “the full story” not the sales pitch, not always what you want to hear, but what you need to hear as the owner or property manager. Money well spent! TY

After a referral from my friend, I contacted EMR about a split and rapidly leaking water heater. Ryan (the owner), was immediately responsive, and was able to jump into action to bail me out. Ryan was efficient, professional, friendly, and was all business when tackling the less than pleasant project. I appreciate good craftsmanship, and Ryan’s neat and tidy installation was no exception. I am very happy with EMR, and will spread the word to all my friends, because everyone needs a good plumber! I can 100% recommend EMR Plumbing & Heating.

From my brief phonecall with Ryan he immediately understood the issue, gave me a realistic timeframe, and was confident enough that it put my mind at ease. When he arrived he came prepared, installed the replacement parts required, and he addressed a safety concern that would have been a bigger headached to discover later. Start to finish was only about an hour. His magnet is staying on our fridge for the next plumbing hurdle, for sure.

Ryan is super responsive and knowledgeable. Fairest prices in the market!
